Effective and automatic management of email messages returned because they couldn't be delivered.

We have all received one of those messages from Mailer Daemon. These messages tell you of errors that have occured when you sent an email, and for whatever reason couldn't be delivered. As the majority of times you have no idea why it happens, you need a tool like eMail Bounce Handler.

eMail Bounce Handler, which functions under predefined rules (which the user can increase), analyzes and makes the right decision in each case. It finds out if the destination has a full in-tray, or the email address is wrong, deletes it from the list in case it is spam, etc.

All these processes are run automatically, offering you a service and possibilities that you, manually, couldn't do. eMail Bounce Handler also saves all the returned messages in reports together with the action taken for each one.

The program comes configured with a list of rules that detect the majority of usual cases, but you can always change them or add more to adjust it better to your tastes. You can export to a list in plain text, although in the future the authors hope to increase the list to other text formats.
